What to watch out for
Designed around having little to say. Once you have three or four years behind you, move to something with more structure.
How much fits on one page
Capacity is middle of the road: comfortable for five to ten years of experience on a single page. Beyond that, drop the text size a notch in the builder rather than cutting a role.
Fresher and applicant tracking systems
Fresher is a single column, which is the arrangement applicant tracking systems read most reliably. A parser walks the page top to bottom and gets your sections in the order you wrote them. Nothing about this template needs adjusting before you upload it to a job portal.

What is a fresher resume?
The South Asian term for an entry-level resume — someone applying for a first full-time role, usually straight from university. In the US the same document is called a new-grad or entry-level resume; in the UK, Ireland and Australia it is a graduate CV. The structure is identical: education first, then projects, internships and skills.
What goes on a resume with no work experience?
Education at the top with your strongest results, then academic and personal projects described the way you would describe a job — what you built, what it did, what changed. Internships, part-time work, volunteering and coursework all count. This layout is shaped so those sections fill the page without leaving obvious holes.
What do I put in the experience section with no jobs yet?
Internships, academic projects, freelance work and positions of responsibility, written exactly as you would write employment: what it was, what you did, and what came of it. "Maintained the pour register across 40 concrete pours" is experience. "Gained exposure to site activities" is not, and reviewers can tell the difference instantly.
