1. Agreement

By using https://resumecrisp.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

ResumeCrisp provides a free online resume builder, cover letter builder and ATS checker. No account is required and no payment is taken. There is no paid tier.

3. Your content is yours

You keep all rights to everything you write. Because your content is stored only in your own browser and never transmitted to us, we claim no licence over it and have no ability to use it.

4. Templates and examples

You may use any template, resume example or cover letter example on this site free of charge, for your own job applications, personal or commercial, without attribution.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or republish our templates or written examples as your own product.
• Scrape the site in bulk to build a competing service or dataset.

The examples are written to be adapted. Copying an achievement you did not accomplish is not a licensing problem — it is a problem you will have at interview.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Create documents that impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications, licences or credentials you do not hold.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

In particular, the ATS score is an estimate produced by our own rules. It is not connected to any employer’s actual applicant tracking system, and no tool can guarantee that a specific employer will shortlist you. We make no promise about employment outcomes.

7. Your data, your responsibility

Because your resume is stored in your browser rather than on our servers, we cannot recover it if you clear your browser data, use a different device, or lose access to your computer. Use the Save data export button to keep your own backup.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeCrisp is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including lost job opportunities or lost data.

9. Advertising and third-party links

The site is funded by advertising and may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
