Who the Spacious template suits
Early career and any resume where you would rather look confident with less than crowded with more.
What to watch out for
The lowest capacity in the core range. Past five years of experience you will fight it.
How much fits on one page
This layout spends space deliberately, so it holds less than most. That works in your favour early in a career, where a densely packed page reads as padding — and against you after about a decade, when you may need the tighter text-size setting in the builder to stay on one page.
Spacious and applicant tracking systems
Spacious is a single column, which is the arrangement applicant tracking systems read most reliably. A parser walks the page top to bottom and gets your sections in the order you wrote them. Nothing about this template needs adjusting before you upload it to a job portal.
Where in the world to send the Spacious template
Best suited to UK, Irish, Australian and Nordic applications, where a two-page CV is normal and generous spacing reads as assured. In the US and in Indian campus recruitment, where one page is effectively mandatory, it will fight you from the start.

Spacious template questions
Is white space wasted space on a resume?
Not if the content is strong. Space directs attention, and a page with room around it reads as selective rather than sparse. It becomes waste when it is hiding a thin history — which is the honest test before choosing this.
When should I move off Spacious?
Past roughly five years of experience. It has the lowest capacity in the core range, and the point at which you start shrinking the type to make things fit is the point at which Classic or Compact serves you better.
Is all that white space wasted on a one-page resume?
Only if you have enough content to fill it, in which case this is the wrong template. Space is what makes a short, strong history read as deliberate rather than thin — it is the right choice for a specialist with three excellent roles and the wrong one for a twenty-year generalist career.
