Capacity is middle of the road: comfortable for five to ten years of experience on a single page. Beyond that, drop the text size a notch in the builder rather than cutting a role.

Marquee template questions
The filled bars dominate the page — how do I fix that?
Choose a mid-tone accent rather than a dark one. The bars take their colour from the theme, so Slate, Sky or Sand keep the sectioning while dropping most of the visual weight. Tinted Panel is the naturally quieter version of the same idea.
Why would I want headings this heavy?
Because in sales hiring the resume is read in seconds and section boundaries need to be unmissable. Each filled bar works like the title on a pitch slide — the reader can jump straight to the numbers without hunting for where they start.
Will a highlighted name survive being photocopied?
Better than a filled banner and worse than a rule. The highlight is a bar behind the text rather than a block around it, so at high contrast it can darken and reduce legibility. For applications you know will be photocopied, Underline is the reliable choice.
