How much fits on one page

How senior do I need to be for this?
Director level and above, broadly. Centred uppercase headings carry a formality that reads as earned on a twenty-year history and as overreach on a three-year one. The design is doing a lot of claiming, so the content has to support it.
Should an executive resume be one page?
Two is normal and expected at this level in every major market — a one-page executive resume tends to read as thin rather than disciplined. Lead with the strongest three or four results, and let the earlier history compress.
Is this suitable for a first management role?
Yes, and it is a good choice for one. The layout signals seniority through spacing and a centred, uppercase header rather than through claimed scope, so it flatters a step up without overstating it. What matters more is that the content shows budget, headcount or accountability.
