I own capacity planning, vendor management and the health and safety regime, and I report weekly KPIs out of our ERP. Those are the processes sitting behind the numbers above, and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss them with Linden Holdings.

Before you send it
- Replace every number with one that is genuinely yours. A borrowed achievement collapses at interview.
- Find the hiring manager’s name if you can — two minutes on LinkedIn is usually enough.
- Check the company name appears correctly. Sending a letter with the previous employer’s name in it is the most common fatal error.
- Keep it to one page. If it runs over, cut the second half of paragraph two.

How do I show leadership in an operations letter?
Through a change you drove that people had to adopt — a process, a shift pattern, a system migration. Name the resistance and how you handled it. That reads as leadership; a sentence describing yourself as a strong leader does not.
Should an operations letter lead with cost savings or with people?
With whichever the advert emphasises, and evidence the other. A role framed around efficiency wants the cost and cycle-time numbers first; one framed around a struggling team wants the retention and capability work.
