Who the Tinted Panel template suits
Corporate and operations roles where you want the sections to be obviously separate at a glance. The filled headings do the work that bold text alone cannot.
What to watch out for
Filled heading bars use a lot of accent colour. With one of the darker themes the page can tip from structured into heavy — try it in a mid-tone before you settle.
How much fits on one page
Capacity is middle of the road: comfortable for five to ten years of experience on a single page. Beyond that, drop the text size a notch in the builder rather than cutting a role.

Tinted Panel template questions
Do the filled headings hurt ATS parsing?
No. The fill is a background on the heading element and the heading word itself stays as text, so a parser reads "Experience" normally. This is a single-column layout, which is the property that actually matters for machine reading.
The bars look heavy — can I soften them?
Switch to a lighter theme. The bar takes its colour from the accent, so Slate, Sky or Sand give you the same sectioning at a fraction of the visual weight. Marquee is the deliberately heavier version if you want the opposite.
Will the tinted summary panel print properly in black and white?
It prints as a pale grey block with the text still clearly legible, because the tint is deliberately light rather than a mid-tone. Where it suffers is a bad office photocopier at high contrast, which can drop the tint entirely — harmless, since the panel is emphasis rather than structure.
